“I can’t go Back to yesterday, because I was a different person then.”

Lewis Carroll

Life changes can lead us to many places that we have never been before, throwing us into turmoil and darkness leaving us with many questions we never faced before. Can I make it through this? How do I cope? Is this normal? Who am I now?

As we ‘hold onto hope’ for those around us the core of our work at Conversations in the Midst of Chaos, is providing support for moving through and integrating loss in a healthy way. Oftentimes that can mean facilitating tough conversations, exploring our past and our losses, sometimes it means saying nothing at all, just sharing space as individuals move through their own process. Loss, change, grief can launch us into a world that is unfamiliar, turned upside down, one we can’t make sense of on our own.
